This series of machine is suitable for machining in various industries and can be used for rough and finish machining of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end faces, grooving etc.
The main drive of the machine is AC motor driven and the speed range of the table is achieved through a 16-step or 4-step spindle speed change mechanism.
The table spindle is centred on a high-precision, adjustable, double-row, short cylindrical roller bearing with the same radial clearance. The axial direction uses a constant flow static pressure guide, which gives the table high rotational accuracy, high load carrying capacity and low thermal deformation.
The machine can be equipped with a constant temperature cooling system according to the customer's needs. The machine can be equipped with an independent hydraulic station system to ensure the machine's machining accuracy and the stability of various technical indicators.
The guideway surfaces of the column, crossbeam and vertical ram are finely ground. High precision and good technical support.
The PLC control system is used for the machine's electrical equipment, thus ensuring stable and reliable electrical quality.
The ram has been replaced by a square ram with large cross-sectional dimensions and good steel properties. The upper surface of the cross beam and the contact surface of the rollers are made of steel.
