The CNC vertical machine is an advanced machine with good performance, wide range of processes and high productivity, which is suitable for machining in various industries. It can be used for the roughing and finishing of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, internal and external conical surfaces, grooves, circular surfaces and various curved surfaces and threads.
The table spindle adopts high precision adjustable radial clearance double row short cylindrical roller bearings for centering. The axial direction adopts constant flow hydrostatic guide. The table is characterised by high rotational accuracy, high load-bearing capacity and low thermal deformation.
The machine tool feed adopts AC servo motor and ball screw drive, and the vertical tool head of the cross beam is equipped with an enclosed guard, which increases the safety and suitability of the machine.
The spindle drive is driven by an AC motor and the table speed range is achieved through a 16-step spindle speed change mechanism.
CK51A series without cover, CK51B series with cover, chip conveyor and coolant recovery device.
High frequency quenching of column and beam guideway surface, hardness HRC48-55 degrees.
