CNC vertical lathe is a kind of advanced equipment with good performance, wide process range and high production efficiency. It is suitable for machining in various industries, and can be used for roughing and finishing of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, internal and external conical surfaces, end surfaces, grooving, circular arc surfaces, various curved surfaces and threads.
The main drive of the machine is AC motor driven, and the speed range of the table is achieved by a 16-step or 4-step spindle speed change mechanism.
The table spindle is centred on a high-precision adjustable radial clearance double-row short cylindrical roller bearing. The table adopts a constant flow hydrostatic guide, which makes the table have high rotational accuracy, large load capacity and small thermal deformation.
According to the needs of users, the machine can adopt constant temperature cooling device and can be equipped with independent hydraulic station system, which can ensure the machine processing accuracy and the stability of the technical indicators.
Column, crossbeam, ram and other guide surfaces are finely ground. High precision and good quality.
Machine tool feed adopts servo motor and ball screw drive. The crossbeam and vertical tool head are equipped with an enclosed guard. This increases the safety and suitability of the machine.
The ram is replaced by a square ram with a large cross-sectional size and good steel rigidity, and the contact surface between the crossbeam and the rollers is made of steel.
